Robert M. Williamson (Bob) has worked in more than 400 plants helping clients improve the “people-side of world-class manufacturing and maintenance” for more than 30 years.

He has taught tooling and machine design; worked and consulted in job design, training program and materials development; equipment performance and reliability improvement and Total Productive Maintenance. For nearly 15 years, he has spent time with top NASCAR race teams and studied their performance improvement methods. He continues to learn from the motor-sports business and help clients all over North America apply the proven methods to eliminate their equipment problems.

Participants from his audiences of 50 to 250 to well over 600 people in the past 5 years have stated:

This was the best presentation we’ve had at this conference!
I wish our plant executives were here to learn this message.
Fast paced and interesting. And very applicable to our plant and work teams.
